Square One has programs FOR People of Size – BY People of Size. Whether you are just starting your weight loss journey or have tried everything under the sun, there are programs for you!
This class is instructed by a weight loss coach who is also a Person of Size.
TRAIN YOUR BRAIN
This class is designed to be a “Back to the Basics” program for the Square One Beginner. Let us help you get back on track!
- 4 month course
- 45 minute weekly sessions
- Class includes:
- Activities designed to help the participant proactively plan for and overcome common obstacles such as: cravings, emotional eating, motivation level and more!
All classes are led by certified Square One trainers who are also weight loss success stories.
- This class will be a hybrid of many popular styles of training all rolled into one exciting 45 minute session!
- 45 minute session
- Activities include: kickboxing, bootcamp techniques, fitness games and more!
- In-session modifcations will be made for clients with less felxibility or mobility.
- Both high and low impact sessions are available
- We all could use more help! These sessions are for the person who wants more help with accountability and support. These small groups will work together and with the instructor to keep each other on track. This is your fast track to reaching your goals!
- 30 minute session
- Minimum 3 participants needed
- Maximum 8 participants per session
- Sessions will include: weight loss tracking, measurements, individual goal setting, group support, and more!
Personal Training Sessions
- This option is for more personalized attention from the instructors. Similar to the Accountability groups, these sessions can help you with accountability, support and focused fitness training.
- 30, 45, or 60 minute session by appointment only
- These sessions can be added to any membership package.
- One on one instruction
- Sessions will include: weight loss tracking, measurements, individual goal setting and personalized one on one attention from the instructor.
